We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our experienced and award-winning team. As part of our kitchen you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We serve a daily changing set menu using the freshest and most seasonal ingredients, with a focus on modern cooking techniques and utilizing produce from our garden and the local area. This is an immediate start position.

Our client is located in the picturesque region of Kildare. Kildare is a county located in the eastern part of Ireland. It is part of the province of Leinster. The county town of Kildare is also called Kildare, and it is situated approximately 35 kilometers southwest of Dublin, the capital city of Ireland. Kildare is known for its rich history, beautiful landscapes, and notable landmarks such as the Curragh Racecourse and the ancient monastic site of St. Brigid’s Cathedral.

The successful candidate will have

• Experience as a Chef de Partie
• Express him or herself in the English Language
• Proven track record and references on request
• Creative and Focused driven mind set.
• Certified in HAACP would be a plus.
