We are looking for an Experienced Chef De Partie with Pastry Skills to join this talented kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for a chef who is looking to progress their experience in a progressive and creative kitchen.

Our ideal candidates has the following:

• Demonstrated 2/3+ years experience in a similar professional kitchen.
• Creative skills and passion for baking, preparation, service and presentation.
• Proven experience of managing their own section.
• Extensive and refined pastry skills with interest in vegan options.
• Experience in food production for catering and events.
• A passion for and commitment to contemporary food, provenance, sustainability, zero waste and high quality service.
• Motivated and ambitious with ability to handle fast paced service while always maintaining a high level of service.
• Adherence to systems, recipes, food safety and HACCP procedures.
• Thrives working under pressure and enjoys working as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
• Hardworking and reliable with flexibility to work throughout the week.
